Geddes approached us to produce a client testimonial video highlighting their partnership with Prospekt Property Development. They wanted to showcase how they’ve supported Prospekt with cashflow and secured funding for multiple developments. A key objective was to emphasize that Geddes is more than a financial lender. They position themselves as a long-term business partner and advisor.

To communicate this, we captured a natural conversation between Brent (Geddes CEO) and Chris (Prospekt CEO), intercut with visuals of Prospekt’s completed developments as well as those still in progress. We set up a three-camera interview inside one of the finished penthouses and brought in a drone operator to film the surrounding Cape Town landscape, adding scale and context to the story.
